I bought this product almost over a year ago and really love it!

I love this handshower especially that soft spray feels surprisingly nice on my skin, plus a really wide and high pressure big spray - was skeptical because of the reviews but it is super nice, not sure why people are giving it a bad review, its awesome!

Love this showerhead so much, but we've gone through two of them in 7 years. The switch that changes the water flow keeps stripping and stops working within a few years. What a shame. Perhaps the part that keeps breaking can be improved?

This hand shower head was installed in my bathroom as part of a complete bathroom remodel in 2020. Because of the pandemic, we picked this particular component because it matched the finish and style of the other fixtures we’d selected and it was in stock and available. For the first year of use, it met all of our needs, offering settings that worked for both my wife and I. Ergonomically it’s great, easy to hold and easy to select the spray pattern. Plus it’s great at staying clean. The “easy wipe” really is just that. Then, in mid 2021, a little over a year after we’d purchased it, but less than a year after we’d started using it, it started to become difficult to select a spray pattern. At first, sometimes it would only cycle in one direction through the patterns. Other times it’d make one change, then refuse to move forward through the cycle. I removed the head from the hose and ensured the screen was clear, as well as shaking the shower head with the inlet pointing down, in hopes that any mineral deposits or broken components would fall clear. In doing this multiple times, nothing ever shook out. Eventually, this past summer (2022), it just stopped cycling at all, only being able to switch back and forth between two settings. Thankfully one of those settings is the setting my wife prefers. I will be replacing this hand shower head in the next week or so and probably won’t consider American Standard, as this was fairly pricey for a plastic shower head and it’s warranty is sub-par.

Broke after a year and a half, the thing to switch modes doesn’t work anymore. Actually after 1 year it started not working but it would still switch between 2 modes, then fully broke 6 months after that.
