I am on my third wand in 3 years. The thumb switch to change the spray pattern on the wand is faulty on all three. I feel the resistance sometimes and it switches. Then it’s really loose, no resistance, and it won’t change to another setting going left or right, sounds like it is broken inside I was finally able to get it back in the typical shower pattern, but I have to turn the water off to switch settings and I. This defeats the purpose of having multiple spray options as only two options work now.

This compact, easy to install, multi purpose shower head is a must for every household!

It’s a good shower head and no leaks. The multifunction design works good.

I am not the type of person to get excited about bathroom fixtures, but this shower head is AMAZING! Easy to install and super easy to use and adjust from wall to handheld. I have been telling my whole family to replace theirs with this new one. I cannot recommend this shower head enough.
