Do not waste your money on this product! After only a couple months of use the diverter valve breaks and your shower will be stuck on one setting or the other. We installed this in our daughter's bathroom, she is away at college so it is rarely used. After only roughly 20 uses the diverter valve broke. After doing some research this is a known issue with this shower system. Unfortunately because we don't have documentation of installation it is not covered under their warranty even though they know this is an issue.

Well made and easy to install. Installing shower head as instructed was extremely difficult. Installing shower head onto shower arm first before sliding onto shower bar was an easier way to go. Wall anchors didn't work so I used different ones that I had. This was due to my shower construction, plastic liner over tile, not product design.
