Too expensive. my order cost more double of what was for sale on the net. plus you sent item in a box which is 13+ inches long x 6+ inches x 6+ inches height. Way too big for an item which 1 inch in length. you could have saved money and put it into a small bubble-wrap type envelope. On top of that it took too long to get the item. I ended up buying a new faucet. Your company logistics needs a reboot.

I needed a new diverter because the original one became clogged. The original diverter was stuck in place so I had to destroy it in order to remove it. The diverter became clogged with parts of the washer from the shutoff valves under the sink. I replaced the shutoff valves with 1/4 turn ball valves which have no washers. Never the less I still bought a spare diverter just in case the water coming into the home becomes fouled from a street break etc. When a diverter becomes clogged there is little or no water coming out of the faucet. I also hooked a flexible supply line to the new shutoff valves and flushed out the water lines feeding the kitchen area.
