I am a contractor. Your 48 hour time window to check products does not work. We have to order building products weeks to months before a project starts. I cannot unbox a large finish product such as a vanity, shower pan, sink until it gets closer to the installation date because we have to move it from our offices to the jobsite. Larger items need to be in the boxes to help us move them to the jobsite. Once there we can inspect them. I lost $150 due to this policy. Changing this to a 30 day full refund would be more realistic for general contractors.

Beautiful piece, fits perfectly. It was difficult to find, but perfect for the job.
