High quality with nice drawer slides. Mounting vanity required some customization. Vanity arrived with bottom drawer slide mounting screws ripped out, although this was easy to remedy still annoying. Be sure rough plumbing drain is located EXACTLY as called for in instructions. Instructions only included measurements for 30” mounting, needed to adjust for installing at 36”.

As we chose to install wall vanity without base, we found instructions sorely lacking and unclear. Several calls to customer svc were abysmal in terms of actually receiving support. We got a lot of "I don't know" and "no" to our questions. There are no installation videos on YouTube for this item. Of particular concern was the lack of information regarding the required support necessary for a wall hanging (without legs), and how to achieve it. No info on how much weight this type of install can support; no info on use of both cleat and screwing into studs when they do not align with the predrilled holes in the cleat; no information addressing working around the use of existing metal studs, which support next to no weight and in which almost all screws will not hold well; no information on alternative screws for better holding (size, design or length); no information on the need to predrill the cleat with any alternative hole required, causing my cleat to split; no availability to obtain spare cleat when the original was damaged with split...did I mention abysmal customer service when I called about this issue?...So what extra steps I had to do: 1) Cut open wall in two places the size of 2x4x8 2) Install wood studs adjacent to metal studs already in place 3 )Repair wall for final paint finish 4) Ignore predrilled holes in cleat and mark up where the holes needed to be in order to install cleat with screws being screwed into the center of the newly installed wood studs. All of the above was required before I could get past the first two pages of the install manual. The screws that I used were Timberlok 2 1/2 inch, which ended up being very strong, but also the perfect length so as not to protrude in the rear of the stud. Today the plumber is coming to complete the installation of the faucet and sink to the vanity. I would do this myself, but living in a condo (old mill conversion originally built in the 1860s, water leaks can and do occur, so the liability leaves me by having the master plumber complete the work. So, style is great. Regarding the longevity of the self closing mechanism, the hardware that does that...only time will tell. My recommendation of this product to a friend is yes, but only with the precautions detailed above. If someone wanted to install it themselves but had no construction knowledge, then I would not recommend.
