American Standard Studio S Kitchen Faucet 4803100.243

Not good. Handle keeps popping off. I will be returning as soon a new faucet is delivered from a different vendor. This is the 2nd or 3rd item from Wayfair that did not live up to expectations. Are all their items seconds Its costing me a fortune having to pay a plumber to install and then remove items Ive purchased from Wayfair. This faucet was installed just a week ago ☹️

I wasn’t sure about the color, but I needed it by a certain time and the nickel one was out of stock. After it’s installed, I really love it. It goes well with my existing white and gray kitchen and brings a bit of modern touch. The only drawback is how the spray head works - due to the design it is a bit “backwards” but still works okay.

The sprayer part of faucet is a different color than the rest. It’s noticeable.

This handle feels heavy and solid EXCEPT for the pull-out portion is made of PLASTIC! The rest of the handle is solid and METAL, but the portion of the faucet that one will touch and handle the most is the pull-out portion! The design is beautiful and I chose it because I have a retro style kitchen and I wanted to avoid all the other pull-out faucets because they all look the same! I chose this Studio S in chrome and I am happy with the "look" but the plastic handle really decreases my confidence in this faucet's longevity. I decided to keep it, but be aware it is not 100% metal.

Life warranty on this product. Plus im really happy with my purchase.

Leaks. Have a brand new kitchen with a leaking faucet. From the hose I believe. Wouldn’t recommend, would love a refund but it has been a whole 3 months. Why would a faucet last longer than that?

Faucet is awesome. Great design. Am disappointed that the pull out spray doesn't snap back into base tightly so it hangs slightly, not enough to return it, but enough to mention it!

We purchased this faucet and installed it in November 2024. In May 2025 the flow had a drop in water pressure. We cleaned the aerator and flushed the supply lines and found black plastic debris in the output. This briefly fixed the problem, but shortly after the water flow almost completely stopped from the faucet. We repeated cleaning process but problem was not fixed. We have since had to replace the faucet with another brand. I have attempted to submit a warranty claim, but after a brief email exchange, I've had no further response. It's disappointing since the look of this faucet is really nice.

Nice looking, easy install. Have owned it for around 18 months and the sprayer head has failed twice, one time it was clogged with particulate and wouldn’t keep the spray/stream setting and now whenever it’s on the spray setting it makes a VERY LOUD buzzing noise It would be nice if it could continue working for even 3 years, all replacement parts are out of stock

Very solid, good quality faucet. We are limited in what height of faucet we can fit in our kitchen, so we were glad to find this one that's tall-ish but not as tal as most of the faucets available now.
