Ours came missing a key part and we had to have the manufacturer send us another one. It took several weeks of waiting and a giant hole in my bathroom where the tub should be. This is the second Wayfair purchase that has arrived brokennon-operational. Not impressed. Maybe you should stick with furniture and decor.
