Received in a week (near the end of the delivery window) but that worked out well. However, The top “knob” was crooked, and cannot be straightened. It is a fake “pull” for the sink- stopper. To plug or unplug the sink, you actually push down… kind of gross concept, if the sink is full of dirty water. However for the price, it is very annoying to have it crooked/bent! Also, the faucet came with a brown stain— it almost looks like rust! It did not wipe clean, and since it is chrome finish i dont want to use abrasive cleaners. Overall, disappointing quality, and i will be contacting American Standard about these issues.
