Seat slides a lot. I have to tighten it about once a month.

Love powerful flush!! Great height for tall users. Toddlers need a stool to climb up. Easy for my husband to install. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the toilet arriving cracked the first two times. Third time packaging was better and toilet was in perfect condition. Wayfair replaced no problem both times. Just uploaded picture of cracked toilet then boom new one on the way.

The flush mechanism is frustrating as the chains on the flush valves often get tangled in the valve and you have to jiggle the handle or open the back and manually remove the tangled chains from the valves. When the toilet works (95% of the time), it works great, but I don't enjoy constantly listening for ~1 minute after flushing to make sure the flush valve isn't hung. No amount of adjusting the chains has fixed this issue.

This product will not flush completely every time. Every 3rd or 4th flush the water circulates in the bowl and will not drain. It never drains with toilet paper in it. This unit has been adjusted per the instructions several times and primed numerous times.
