Pro: 1) I like the contour lines on the lid, looks great without having a cover. 2) the soft closure feature. Con: 1) for the price it seems/feels somewhat like "cheap" plastic. 2) the lid scratches very easily - a bummer, no pun intended. Haven't had more than two weeks, hopefully nothing more to add negatively.

It's a toilet seat. Not much to review.

Instructions didn't show how to orient the hinge to the bowl. All drawings are oriented upside down. NOWHERE is the orientation correct. This caused me to wonder if I had the right product.
