Rating only the product, I’ve selected 3 stars. While it does work, it is very difficult to push down and must be held done for a second or two to complete the flush. I’ve also replaced the flapper in hopes that it would be easier. Since having the toilet installed, it has always been difficult to flush. I’m wondering if it may have been a manufacturing/design flaw in the tank itself?

Exact fit part and seems like solid quality. The handle piece broke off our previous lever and this assembly was an easy swap

did not fit my toilet- would not install into opening - arm at wrong angle. Second one that I have bought in hopes that would fit
