I had to adjust the product so it would fit my toilet, but that’s not Wayfair‘s problem. However, sending me a returned piece of merchandise that was missing a piece and repackage poorly what is a big disappointment. I will not order from Wayfair again. I did not contact customer service was because I could still use the trip lever despite the missing piece.

I first tried to use a universal fit but always had problems with it hanging up on the tank lid. This one from American Standard did require some careful bending but I presume it fits many tanks with differnet shapes.

Works great. It didn't have the 3/4" part to fit snugly into the tank wall opening, but I made an adjustment to make it work for me. So far, so good.
