The part I ordered is exactly what I needed to replace the broken one..At a MUCH better price than the part would have cost me, had I purchased it from the original supplier. Came earlier than I expected...Great job Wayfair all the way around!! I will check with Wayfair, before I make purchases anywhere else..

The short answer is that it's the only show in town and it's exactly what you need to replace your broken trip lever. On the other hand, it's a cheesy piece of plastic. I've replaced it every few years and the plastic arm gets stressed over time. It's disappointing that American Standard could not charge a bit more and use metal. By contrast, my Kohler toilet trip lever is going on 15 years and has never been replaced.
