I ordered satin nickel and they sent me chrome…. Twice. The box is clearly marked chrome and hook is really shiny. Right product, wrong finish. My invoice clearly states “satin”. I’m still waiting to hear from them on how to get the right finish with this hook.

Very industrial and sturdy. Design doesn't work for me.
