Factory damage was not visible during the initial inspection. The bottom drawer was broken, and parts were placed inside that drawer. This was obviously a factory damage. There was no damage to the shipping box. After 4 months after my complaint, Wayfair sent a free replacement for the entire cabinet. Anyway, this cabinet is made of poor-quality wood. The bottom board under the weight of 4 shampoo bottles gets deformed, and the bottom drawer will not close. Is this cabinet designed to be always empty?

Looks well built. Still in the box, will install next weekend. Delivered well packaged
