Twice I was sent the wrong color, and 12 of the 20 sheets of tile were dangerous with sharp glass that could cut you. The tiles, that were usable however look super sharp!

The tile was much darker than the web picture and did not match the rest of the materials used in the remodel. I was initially going to purchase the Dorian Baltic Andova tile, which I had a sample of, but at the advice of the customer service rep I ordered the Reef instead. I ordered the Reef when it was less than 50% of the regular price and was concerned I would not have enough time to order a sample. When the tile arrived I realized it was not a good fit and arranged to send it back. I attempted to order 10 sheets of Baltic but it was sold out. I should have ordered the tile I had a sample. Back to square one. Live and learn.
