We bought this to sit in front of another fireplace in our house that wasnt completed yet. So we put it together and just sat in front of this little electric unit and ended up liking how it dressed up this unit, so we left it here!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this is a heavy and well-crafted fireplace gate. The stabilizing feet stay put, the door stays shut or opened. Better than we had hoped for!
