As you can see, I use them all over my in law suite. They work great, especially since I don’t have air conditioning. I really like the different settings as well.

Has 360 oscillation!! It is not a turbo fan. They rightly have the wind speeds on it only go up to 8 because their top speed doesn’t compare to a box fan or a good standing fan. However, this fan is good for cooling a space and moving air if you are opening up a place. It works well as a nighttime fan in my bedroom and provides good white noise for sleeping. I had bought it for my She Shed but when the weather hit the 90s, the heat humidity on the battle. It was still cooling if I aimed it directly at me without oscillating but it was just recirculating 90 degree area. Only 4 stars because it is a little wobbly but it does not tip during operation. From an engineering standpoint, the base should weigh more be a little wider for such a tall tower. It

It does work well as a fan, good fan speeds , great oscillation, BUT it is obnoxiously loud and clattery. Even on lowest speed it rattles and clatters. It's so obnoxious that I don't even use it in the house. Since it's easy to move, I take it outside and use it on my deck, store it in the shed. Sooo disappointed.

I bought this fan specifically because of the remote control feature (for someone with mobility issues who needs the remote). Less than 8 months later, the remote stopped working, and there is no battery chamber. I reached out to Antartic Star--two listed customer service phone numbers, email, and chat box--and NONE of them actually work!! Wayfair told me they cannot get a replacement because it is beyond 3 month limit. This company is obviously extremely shady and Wayfair should not do business with them!
