Enjoying our recently installed system. The water tastes noticeably better and appears to be noticeably clearer.

How does one talk to someone there about the water system? Not computer savvy to see about this product .

At first I was very happy and the water tasted wonderful. Difficult to install but then it was okay once in. However about 6 months into use the CF filter started blinking red and I read it was time to change the filter. After getting it shipped to me, the filter was sealed so hard that it was impossible to untwist and get it out. Spending hours and possibly calling a plumber to change the filters is unreasonable. There is some flaw in the design… it’s unfortunate as it was a great beginning

The simplicity of the installation and the taste of the water makes me wish I had done this years ago. I cannot recommend this system enough.

I can’t even find the power button on this thing. Also, I wish the worst in life for whomever chose to use a nut on the fitting that only has two flat sides.
