Customer service for this company is non-existent! Multiple phone calls and emails over the past 10 days have not been returned. The product itself is ok. The body jets work fine as well as does the rain head. The waterfall feature is a grand disappointment. i=Instead of a wide gentle flow We get a narrow flow much like you get from a garden hose set on low. I would return it but that would require removing thousands of dollars of marble! Lastly the installation instructions are terrible. They mainly explain how to dismantle the already dismantled components.
