Harmony Series 48,000 Grain Water Softener with Fine Mesh Resin for Iron Removal for 3-4 bedrooms (AS-HS48FM) AS-HS48FM

The filtration system came in two parts from quite a distance away. They took a while but they arrived safely from California to Ontario. Put the unit together easily following the instructions. Installed it in the same area as my previous filtration system using a pair of flex hoses and it has been working well for a few weeks without any issues. Only thing to mention is the first cycle that I put it through following the startup instructions and the water in the house was not the best tasting, after next cycle it was fine again.

Package delivered was broken, the Control module was leaking, I called the technical support for help, and took me a lot time to fix. October 3, I received my resin tank and I found the bottom cardboard broken, it hard for me to load to my basement.

Do not buy in Canada if you expect to use the 3/4 inch yoke that is "available upon request". I requested this part over 2 weeks ago. The most recent update is it hasn't made it to the Canadian border yet. Initially I called and quickly recieved an email that said my replacement part was on its way. Then a few days later I got one that said it was cancelled. I called back and was eventually reassured they had made a mix up and it was on its way. I got tracking info to see it had been shipped, but not to me yet. More days waiting, a missing update email, and another phone call to customer service now tells me it is somewhere in transit in the US still. Really disappointed with my experience.
