I would not have purchased this unit had I known that batteries are for emergency use only and not recommended for daily use. Otherwise, the faucet is exactly as pictured. I would purchase another automatic faucet (not this one though) because the sensor needs to be lower. The hand placement, when rinsing, is not ideal.

Very nice, works good as long as your hands are in front of the sensor - shuts off when hands are not in front of the sensor, which is helpful for conserving water.

These faucets were a great price and work well. Great value. Love that it has the option to plug in to the wall, so don't have to worry about the battery dying. This was for a full bathroom renovation, so we were able to install an electrical plug under the sink to plug in the faucet.
