The toilet seat arrived with one of the parts broken off. This piece secures the toilet seat and guides the soft close feature which is the reason someone would buy it. If I could give zero stars I would. Iwould not recommend this product as a result if its condition and inability to use

I like this quiet-close toilet seat. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and closes slowly without slamming, which is a nice upgrade. Installation was easy and it feels comfortable overall. So far, it works well and gets the job done.
