Installation was easy, except for electrical (we installed the outlet too far from the toilet)and plumbing (Had to do several plumbing changes because ours comes from the floor not the wall) aside from that, very happy with it! Light is a nice feature! The toilet looks nice and came without damage or defects!

Never thought I would say this, but I actually look forward to using a toilet now. This smart toilet with a bidet has been a major upgrade for me. The seat is comfortable, chair height, and heated, which is perfect because I hate cold toilet seats. As soon as you sit down, it feels warm and comfortable. I also really like that the toilet automatically swirls water around the bowl before use, which helps keep anything from sticking and makes the bowl much easier to clean. The bidet works very well. The settings are effective, and I like that the nozzle can move from side to side when enabled. The adjustable water temperature, adjustable spray position, heated seat, and warm air dryer all work exactly as expected. The dryer works great, and the remote makes it easy to adjust the seat temperature, water temperature, air temperature, and other settings. The automatic flush is one of my favorite features. As soon as you stand up, the toilet flushes on its own. It also has a foot flush button, which is great for men or for times when you do not need to sit down. The toilet only needs one water supply line for both flushing and the bidet, which keeps the setup cleaner. The night light is useful, but I do wish it had a dimming feature. It is bright, almost like an intergalactic gateway to space. Thankfully, it can be disabled if needed. Now for the installation side. This toilet comes with everything you need, but I strongly recommend having two people install it. You need an extra pair of hands to help get it close enough to the wall to connect the supply line, install the emergency battery pack for flushing during a power outage, align it properly, and lower it onto the wax ring. Also, make sure you have a power outlet close enough before installing. I installed it by myself, and it took me about five hours because of a few complications. With two people, I believe it could be installed in about an hour. It comes with two rubber L shaped brackets that the toilet has to lower onto, then you secure them with one screw on each side. Doing that alone was tricky because the brackets shifted while I was trying to lower the toilet. With two people, that part should be much easier. Overall, I love this toilet. It is comfortable, easy to clean, hygienic, modern, and packed with useful features. I would definitely consider buying it again, but I would make sure I had help installing it.
