My problem was extended shipping times. Over a month due to some kind of damage. I have not noticed that damage so..really, was that the delay? I had to order the grey vanity but was looking for the white vanity with a marble top and black drawer fixtures. It was out. This one works great. I had a contractor install so I am not sure I could have glued the sink in myself and installed. Also with the drawers rather than cabinets, one drawer had to be modified to fix the pipes to the sink. The contractor says it is a very common problem.
