Very nice looking shower, however, dimensions are deceiving. I definitely would have given it 5 stars if it would have included correct dimensions. Inside the shower the dimensions are only 25 12 deep. Fine if youre just sitting in the steam shower, but way too small for showering. Disappointed that the specs didnt include interior dimensions. It would probably be fine for a spare shower, however, for our main master shower, its just too small.

Not ready to have installed yet. Looks nice. I am concerned because one of the many crates came smashed. Checked as best I could to be sure nothing is damaged.. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It is exactly what we wanted!

We have had this unit installed for less than three years and have had numerous issues. The plumbing was not sealed appropriately and lead to many leaks within the first two years. The teak floor has cracked and now has two holes where the bench was sitting. I’m told this is not under warranty and I will need to pay out-of-pocket to replace the flooring.

Very expensive looking! Gentle rainfall shower, nice handheld shower extensions, really soothing steam. Everyone loves it in our family, we have to argue over who will go next. :) My husband says it looks custom built (which it kind of is, in a way, but that isnt what he meant), like it cost two or three times more than we paid for it. You definitely can't beat the price for such a high-end performance product.
