I reached out about these gaps and this is their response The long and short strips at the top and bottom of our door panel are connected by mortise‑and‑tenon joints. However, it is normal for there to be gaps between the door panel decorative strips and the door panel. If you find the gaps between the decorative strips and the glass unsightly, we can provide touch‑up paint paste for filling. Would this be acceptable to you

The product is decent. But the off-gassing it gives off is bad - probably because it is composite vs wood. It does the job and looks nice, but recommend having place to let it off-gas for about a month before bringing it into the house.
