This is SOFT CLOSE only. Customer Support assured me before purchase that the door was both SOFT CLOSE and SOFT OPEN. IT IS NOT ! I paid extra for this door because I thought I was getting both features.

The door looks super nice, the frosted temper glass give it a nice touch! It’s heavy! But easy to install. It just need s handle to stop it from going all the way in the wall and to make it easier to pull but other than that i love it. Quality and look.
