1. In my google search, I put in "Prehung" because I wanted a prehung door. The description states, "Prehung". There is nothing about this that is pre-hung. You need to fully assemble the frame and attach and detach and re-attach the door to the frame, which is not easy. 2. The header of the door is a generic header that can be used for 24", 30", 36" door, so I needed to cut the header to the size of my door. If I had made a mistake in cutting it, I would not be able to use the door. 3. The instructions state specifically that I don't need to route out a recess for the hinges on the door. However, that is not true, as the door would not fit within the frame until after I custom routed out a recess, which doesn't look good as there was no template or anything for me to use. 4. All the prehung doors I have bought in the past already have the door prepped for hardware. This door did not have recesses for the hinge, nor did it have the cores cut for the door handle and latch. The photo shows a door handle. I had to go out and buy separate core drilling bits for the handle and latch. This is false advertising, and is not right. The title should be changed to remove "Prehung". Extremely disappointed.

Great door for my pantry! Only complaint was that the hinge spots weren’t cut on the door, only on the jamb.

Absolutely love this door. Solid wood. Great price and I love that you can’t see in. I added a crystal doorknob and it’s beautiful. Highly recommend.

It is a nice door but did come in damaged. Customer service was great though and sent a replacement out immediately.
