The quality of the tiles is great, the color depiction is not. To me, the tiles in the pictures have a green look to them. When they arrived and were grey, I was very disappointed. Some of the tiles were damaged in shipping, and I really appreciate that replacement tiles were sent immediately Even before the damaged tiles arrived, I was notified that the damage had occurred and that replacement tiles were on the way. Excellent service. But the pictures on the listing should be updated and a description of color should be included.

This flooring is perfect for the entry area of our house. Initially I was skeptical about ordering 'vinyl' type flooring - we had just put in new hardwood floors (acacia) which is pretty 'stout' and I didn't want something flimsy tying into it especially in a high traffic area. This Engineered Tile is definitely not flimsy, more like slate. I use a wood stove as my primary heat, so this entry sees a lot of heavy traffic and this tile handles it. I would buy it again.
