It is a Rococo influenced architectural element of a classic flowing scroll and crest. It has the value-added aspect of being completely hand finished in antiqued gold leaf. It's a multi useable design adding classic 3-dimensional detail to a wall also often used as a centerpiece for a drapery application, a doorway crest, or possibly a unique way to enhance a headboard.
