“No sag” is a bit of an overstatement. They’re pretty flimsy, TBH. But they look great once installed properly and not as cumbersome or problematic as the fiberglass ones.

These are going to transform the look of our basement theater room. Such a nice finishing touch from the standard white tiles that were there. Easy to work with.
