The heater is defective, however the service has been good. I haven’t received shipping info yet on the replacement unit as of yet. Thank you.

Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.

Didn't think I could find that heater. Mine went out and to my surprise wayfair came through again. Have not put it in yet as dark out. But got delivered earlier than expected.
