The product page states the below. "30-Day Return Not loving it? We offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. 30-Day Return Policy" However, when we try to process a return there's a $196 freight return cost. Our contractor said the door is very heavy and due to the design only having 4-5 anchor points, he cannot guarantee that the door stress will not crack the tile over time. He said had the door used a channel support design that would anchor every 4"-6" he would have no issues with the design. We only saw this weight issue after receiving the product but it's unfortunate that the product page is misleading and does not state this CLEARLY for items that have free shipping but do not have free returns (subject to being new and unused of course). Very disappointed in Wayfair and will unlikely order again.
