Terrible experience with Wayfair customer service. Ordered this on 4/12. It was shipped out on 4/15. On my end, tracking shows that it arrived in my neighborhood on 4/20, however, Wayfair’s delivery department cannot locate this huge item. The 1st customer rep I spoke with on 4/24 and informed this matter to, completely disregarded my concern instead of starting a docket search which is their standard procedure. Two days later, on 4/26, the next customer rep started the process, saying it takes up to 5 business days. Today, 4/28, a 3rd customer rep said it takes up to 6 business days to investigate but I should wait for 8 realistically. In the meantime, my bathroom remodeling is halted. So, when things go wrong, Wayfair does little or nothing to help their customer by expediting this investigation process, or alternatively shipping another item to them. The money was charged on 4/12 but there is no end in sight as to when this product will be delivered!

This door is solid and well made. I was afraid the glass would be too ‘bluegreen’ But it looks amazing.
