The vanity arrived in a box strapped to a pallet. I read how it was supposed to be delivered and it said, first secure room inside the home. So we cleared a spot in our living room, just inside the front door. When the crew of two young men arrived, the first thing they said was "It is too heavy, we want to put it in your garage." I told them I didn't want it there because I would have to hire someone to lift it to the house (two steps). He grumbled and spoke Spanish to his partner and still told me he wanted to put it in the garage. I had to let him do that or not get the vanity. Now as a senior, I have to pay more money to get a crew over here to put the vanity inside the house. HOW DISAPPOINTING!! I can't look at the vanity yet as it is strapped tightly to a pallet. I will NEVER buy anything else like this from Wayfair!!

Looks beautiful. Damaged at time of delivery. Driver rough with boxes. Other boxes were also damaged. Must wait for replacement now after waiting 4 weeks already

The delivery men were very efficient and friendly. The vanity arrived beautifully packed and in perfect condition. Quite lovely! My husband and I are restoring our 1927 home and this is the perfect piece for out downstairs bathroom.
