Instructions were very clear and it was easy and straightforward to put together. The drawers are soft close but they take a good push to get it to work. The hardware and top feel kind of cheap. Overall it looks fine but isn’t high quality.

This is an interesting bathroom vanity. It has a nice look and I think would be great in a rental or a place where you need a vanity that looks stylish. This was extremely time consuming to put together and the top drawer sticks when you pull it out. The screw holes were not even and my husband had to improvise multiple times (and he builds this furniture all the time). It looks nice but I would not put this in a high end bathroom or one with a lot of wear and tear. It works though and the price is reasonable. Just know it will take a good bit of time to put together.

This Santa Fe 30 inch freestanding single sink vanity is pretty but I gave it a three star because it came with a few scratches on the drawers. The instructions weren’t that easy to follow and the sink is very light. The whole vanity itself is lightweight. You will definitely need to make sure that you screw it and secure it to the wall.

This vanity and top turned out a very beautiful set up once assembled. BUT the instructions are very vague only pictures no written instructions. Tons of pieces and took 3 hours to assemble. But as I started it turns out great if you dooming a LOTOF WORK!

The Santa Fe 30” free standing vanity by August Grove has a composite white top and has a rustic brown finish. The sink is a rectangle top. Sent a round hole saw blade to hookup on a drill if you wanted to put a 3 hole faucet in. Arrived in box with many pieces, takes awhile to assemble, but very well marked. Has 3 draws for lots of storage. Another good feature is it has adjustable feet. This is a beauty! Lov this piece!♥️
