In general, it seems that the quality is pretty good with this item and the packaging was good and protective. They did come up short on a couple of items in the planning department. The escutcheons are quite small and also it would have been much more useful to have some sort of shutoff valve in line with the water supply... especially since the supply must come up through the floor.

The tub is gorgeous. The delivery was phenomenal. I got a late delivery email but it actually came 5 days early! The packaging was great. The gadgets, however, came with simple instructions that include only a picture of the assembled product and pieces that go on backwards or sideways or just not at all.... for $1599 I would have enjoyed at least IKEA directions....I never thought I would wish for IKEA directions.
