This seat is seriously elongated. I’ve never seen a toilet seat that’s longer than the actual commode. We’re keeping it but I’m not sure it will last long.

I think the hardware is what made this more expensive Look's & functions good

Color is more off-white so it looks weird. Also does not seem much better than what I have bought at home improvement stores...for 1/3 the price. I would return it, but it would be a lot of trouble since I already have it installed. I bought this to replace one that had chipped so I hope it will last longer. If it does, then it would be an improvement, but it still would not seem worth the very high price.

I thought the chrome was real steel but it’s just a cover for the plastic hinges.

I had to return the first seat since it was badly damaged since it was simply shipped in a cardboard box with no protective material. It was replaced free of charge, however it again has suffered some damage which I will repair myself. Would it be possible to advise the company to add some protective packaging material inside the box ?
