I received the wrong mixing valve for my order. Called them and was told to send pictures and they would fix which I did immediately. Did not hear back from them except to acknowledge receipt of my email. Called them a second time and despite being told they are going to remedy. I have not heard from them. I like the product but the customer service is atrocious and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. I booked the work around receiving this shower head so it is costing me money. Very disappointing.
