The best shower walls i ha e ever ordered.

The walls were great but the trim that came with it broke extremely easily. The delivery people also left it in the middle of my driveway in the rain and when I asked them to put it on my porch, they said no very rudely. The walls in it were great though.

I have no shower because whoever packed the box left out two panels! Ordered in April, box arrived about 10 days later - - BUT - - it was missing the two 72" panels. Wayfair said they would send them separately. A few days later they said they would just send an entirely new tub surround that I should expect on May 13th. May 13th, I looked online and the whole thing was now back ordered so I'm possibly going to receive it June 3-13. I have lost a lot of money because there was no quality control in regard to packing. I had to pay people who were installing but we then did not have the parts needed. I have been showering for two+ months with my home-made, black polyethylene, tacked up / jerry-rigged tub surround. It's like showering in a Hefty bag! Honestly, this whole thing has been so aggravating so use caution about ordering this product. - - Update: As of June 3rd, still no communication from Wayfair (it was supposed to be delivered this week) and when I called customer service, I was told that even though my account says it's coming this week, it is still indefinitely back-ordered. Terrible communication. (UPDATE: Delivery has now been delayed for an additional 2 weeks on a new back-order. When Wayfair reps try to contact the manufacturer, it appears that they are not able to get clear info regarding product availability and it conflicts with what is said on their site.)

really great product, better than expected and easy to install in new construction.
