I believe the price matched the value. This is mostly solid wood which was in the description. Drawers are quite good with slow close. The appearance is good quality good paint. Shipped/packed well. Overall quite satisfied. The only thing I'd recommend for the manufacturer, because I have another higher end vanity (more expensive). The hinged door could be hollow core or similar. It's a solid panel, probably wood, but because it's thin it is light weight.

We purchased one of these for our upstairs bathroom well over a year ago it has held up perfectly we just ordered another for the downstairs bathroom so easy to assemble perfectly packed!

The item looks nice, although it definitely needs to off gas due to chemical smell. Unfortunately, the front of one leg was badly damaged in shipping. Also, several holes for the screws seem to have been drilled too large the screws pull out in some places and one handle was inaccessible behind the drawer. The wood is solid and the drawers close smoothly and quietly. But I doubt I’ll ever order a medium size or larger item from Wayfair again. It’s not worth the hassle of repackaging and then having to transport a heavy item to the fedex store solo. Customer service is terrible
