Bought this a few months ago say around July ish and now it’s Nov and I officially loved it and would have given it five stars if today the bottom piece of the seat didn’t just fall off and drop into my toilet! So now it’s down to three stars because I love the wood and the feel of this toilet however it seems like the durability of the item is not as longstanding as I thought it would be.

The Toilet seat is what I needed and happy with my purchase.

First one came with a big gash in it. Wayfair had a replacement sent within a half hour after I received it and sent a picture with a return. No hassle. It was awesome. And I love the seat.

This is a beautiful seat! Very well made and durable. Im giving it 4 stars because it is way darker (almost black) than pictured.

Love... love... love it! Took me all of 10 minutes to install. This is a heavy solid wood toilet seat. Goes great with my bathroom decor. Happy customer!!
