I happen to love butterflies and since I was redoing 2 bathrooms I used a bird and leaf design in one and butterflies and flowers in the other one. These are well made and elegant looking. I ordered the antique bronze which were just right in color. I didn't want a really dark or light color. These are antiqued but light enough to actually see the butterfly and the detailing in the wings. My vanity is solid oak construction on the lighter, warmer shading to the wood. It goes very well with everything. I added my own brass escutcheon to back of butterfly that has a beaded edging around it. It matches the vanity light border so I tried to tie it all together. I think it looks great! I'm happy : )
