Worse piece of garbage I have ever purchased. Now I understand why it was on sale from over $1,000 down to $600. After six months, the fittings had to be replaced ($400 for parts and a plumber) Then the side sprayer hose broke (another $300 for parts and labor). The sprayer was useless, it had absolutely zero pressure. When I finally gave up and purchased a Delta faucet, for half the price, I realized that the Whitehaus faucet had as little pressure as the sprayer. Love Wayfair so was surprised that they would carry such substandard product! The "sale" faucet ended up costing me more that if I had paid the full price. I called Wayfair today (11/18/22) and was transferred to the manufacturer because the faucet has a lifetime warranty. Spoke to someone in manufacturer and after 15 minutes of going around in circles, I gave up my frustration. As a result, I am now closing my account with Wayfair and will go elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed.

High end look and quality. I’m so happy with this product! We used in a historic home renovation in downtown CHS and it blends beautifully with the surroundings.

I like the look of the faucet set. I cannot give it, however, an unqualified 5-star review. The side-spray has never worked well. It has a weak spray, and water continues to come out of the spout. Also, the insides of the faucet taps didn't hold up well. I got a leak in the faucet after only about 8 months after installation. I had to get a plumber in, and he had to rebuild the insides of the taps. Also, the finish is already wearing off. It is working OK, but I'm confident it will need to be replaced sooner rather than later. Shame, because it is expensive.
