WARNING I loved it initially. Gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, while filling my bathtub the tub filler spout blew off with extreme force and my shot water all over my chandelier, fireplace, TV and flooded my bathroom. A real danger with water dripping from my ceiling and chandelier. I’m surprised I didn’t get electrocuted.

How it looks was really great until after using 2 years faucet came off when I was filling water into my bathtub. I understand factory warranty was only 1 year. But I paid this much price and only last 2 years… I got disappointed. The factory don’t have replacement so I have to buy something new. Definitely not from this company.

Nice upgrade for our master bath renovation. Faucet arrived in a timely manner. Well made. Install went smoothly.

We just opened to imstall this and were shocked by the color. It appears a purple tone. Not at all the color we expected
