Love this vanity for our newly remodeled bathroom! Not fancy, just beautiful in a simple way! Soft close doors & drawers were a nice surprise!

Poor quality. The joints are separated and the drawers do not pull easily. Can’t return it because you have to pay for shipping. A furniture repair person is being sent out. I was offered to keep it at a discount for $150 off….not great.

The vanity looks great. Had a small issue that customer service was able to resolve quickly. Will now be ordering same vanity in a larger size for second bathroom

This was a nightmare to get. They never showed up during the day of the given delivery window. And then waited 2 additional days to get around delivering it. They set it on it’s top side when they did actually deliver it and then when it was pointed out to them, they laughed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one will call you back even if they promise they will. Bottom line they truly don’t care. I’m a business customer with a professional account and I’ve used Wayfair for the last time. If you do order from them, pray nothing goes wrong because they won’t make it right.
