Good quality at prices half of big name brands

It is a very good looking vanity with a lot of storage space. However, the built quality is rather poor and back of the vanity was broken from the beginning and the drawers do not open smoothly and there are uneven spaces around the drawers. Since the packaging was intact and the delivery people were very careful, we concluded that the poor quality was from the factory. If you are handy and prepare to spend some effort to fix it, I recommend this vanity highly because of the appearance and the storage space. The drawers can be somewhat adjusted by placing cardboard on the rails, but from the photo, you can see that already during the manufacturing they struggled to get the rails at the right height.

Tilford say it met quality control before shipping and I have a hard time believing that, there were missing screws for the front panels on the drawers, broken hardware for the pull out slides on the drawers. all drawers and door to not close correctly because they are misaligned. They expect me to hire someone to fix for a discount, hard to find contractor or handy man that can fix any time soon. they are all booked out.

My new vanity is beautiful. Just what I wanted. And I love the storage!
