We are yet to install the rack as we haven’t completed our bathroom remodel. We got the nickel finish and it really nice. Package was delivered with no broken parts. Instructions are very clear so can be installed easily without having to hire a professional.

It’s a beautiful product but has a white stamp that says the brand name on it that is visible. I returned due to this.
